L: W: H:On the side that is 20' long where it says 8 Series, there are 9 insert hoppers, we used one for the return envelope and the others for marketing inserts. You also have 1 outgoing envelope feeder. The type of outgoing envelope we used, allowed us to insert from 7 to 48 (8 1/2 by 11) pages. We ran Pitney Bowes Direct Connect Software to control the inserting process, our applications would create a MRDF (Mail Room Data File) to control the inserting process. We used a 2 of 5 barcode to control page and statement accountability.
