The flagship of our inserting line, the VersaMailer is a full service workstation that automatically folds and inserts documents into a full range of envelope sizes, from the small 5 " x 3 " envelope up to the 10 5/8 " x 13 " - including the ever popular 9 "x 12 " flat!. The VersaMailer comes complete with a state of the art LCD control panel along with programmable job and fold settings. The VersaMailer is so easy to use, it eliminates the need for dedicated operators. This system can quickly handle a wide range of applications such as: regular invoice and statement mailings, payroll and accounts payable checks and much more. The VersaMailer has a volume capacity of up-to 100,000 pieces per month at speeds up-to 4,000 cycles per hour. It can be expanded up-to 4 stations and read Optical Marks for accumulating sets. This unit will also process a variety of folds, booklets, enclosures and or business reply envelopes.
